Life’s Healing Choices (Men’s & Women’s Groups)
The book study, LIFE’S HEALING CHOICES by John Baker, is for anyone and everyone! Based on Jesus’ teachings we know as the Beatitudes (Matthew 5), this journey will lead you on God’s pathway to wholeness, growth, spiritual maturity, happiness and healing. You will find real answers, real hope and a real future, one healing choice at a time. (Separate groups for men and women.)
Light in the Dark (Overcoming Depression- Men & Women’s Groups)
Participants will seek God’s healing over depression. Group members will learn how to overcome negative thought patterns and how to practice new ways of thinking that are in alignment with God’s Word and plan for your life. Victory over this battle is possible through Christ’s power!! (Separate groups for men and women.)
Made to Crave (Women)
The Made to Crave group uses the Made to Crave book and resources to find the missing link between a woman’s desire to be healthy and the spiritual empowerment necessary to make that happen. Author Lysa TerKeurst personally understands the battle that women face. In Made to Crave, she will help you:
- Break the cycle of “I’ll start again on Monday,” and feel good about yourself today.
- Stop agonizing over numbers on the scale and make peace with your body.
- Replace rationalization that leads to diet failure with wisdom that leads to victory.
- Reach your healthy goals and grow closer to God through the process.
Made to Crave is a helpful companion to use alongside whatever healthy eating approach you choose — a book and Bible study to help you find the “want to” in how to make healthy lifestyle changes. For more information, click http://madetocrave.org/.
Marriage Rebuilders will provide tools and Biblical wisdom for couples who are struggling in their marriages and may be considering divorce. We will be using the curriculum “From this Day Forward” by Craig and Amy Groeschel, which offers 5 commitments to fail-proof your marriage and bring renewed quality of relationship with God and your spouse. God desires to and is able to resurrect your marriage!
Pure Desire (Men)
Pure Desire/Conquer Series is a safe environment for men to break the isolation and join other men in the journey of sexual purity. For more information, contact Paul at 507-381-0649 or Jo at 507-327-5753.
